Many thanks to my friend, Julie Dempster, Certified Equine Guided Educator, who shared this link to a great article, “Losing Your Mind and Finding Yourself” by Ed and Deb Shapiro. It’s a great follow-up to my post yesterday about the work of that little voice in our heads and a reminder about how our minds can be both incredibly brilliant and unbelievably absurd. Although we have the capacity for creative and progressive thought, how much of our day is spent musing the mundane, pondering trivial events, and mulling over past decisions and actions? How efficient and disciplined are you in taking time daily to stem your internal chatter, clear your mind, and shift your thoughts to feelings, behaviors and actions that will bring you more joy and prosperity?
TODAY’S TIP: Begin or continue a daily discipline of meditation so you can ‘lose your mind’, silence your ego, and be open to possibilities for prosperity, happiness, success and joy.
