Hundreds of times a day we make decisions both consciously and unconsciously. We choose what we want to eat and what we want to wear for the day. We decide what we’re going to do next. And, yes, believe it or not, we even control what we think about, where we focus our energy and how we feel.
So, today is a clean slate. You get to choose. What do you want to do? Where do you want to focus your energy? What feelings to you want to experience?
