Heard on the early news this morning there are now a myriad of ailments attributed to the use of technology including texting thumb, cell phone elbow, and various neck, upper back, arm, wrist and hand pain. As expected, all of these can be easily remedied by cutting the amount of time we spend using our cell phones, e-readers, ipads and computers. Other benefits of turning off and powering down include the opportunity for more physical exercise and having live, real-time, face-to-face conversations with living, breathing people.
